Fire Retardant Plywood
GMG is one of the leading fire retardant plywood manufacturers in India. Fire Retardant Plywood meets IS 5509-2000 standards offering resistance to Ignition, surface spread of flames and flames penetration by suitable chemical treatment. We have both calibrated and non-calibrated ranges available in FR Grade. Fire retardant is very important to prevent the propagation of fire at the initial stages. It is termite and borer-resistant, so our plywood will keep your home company for a very long time.
Flame penetration: The time taken for flame penetration shall not be less than 15 minutes for every 6mm thickness.
Rate of burning: The time taken to lose weight from 30 percent shall not be less than 20 minutes.
Flammability: The time taken for second ignition shall not be less than 30 minutes.
Fire Retardant Doors
GMG Fire retardant doors are specially designed to slow the spread of fire to ensure that the residents get proper time to evacuate to safety. Made with fire resistant materials, they can withstand the fire for a specific period of time. Our FR Door can resist flame penetration for 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes. The thickness ranges from 30mm to 45mm. GMG FR doors are must if you want to shield your homes from accidental fire outbreaks.
